So what is the entity?

An entity that holds tightly to Biblical principles of Stewardship.

Stewardship is inescapably religious in nature.

And our American laws protect the free exercise of religion.

The government cannot force you to violate a sincere belief when another way exists.

Congress guaranteed it back in 1993.

And a little more than a dozen years ago, the Supreme Court confirmed that closely held businesses exercise religion too.

It's called the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).

It protects how a family of faith governs and operates everything in its care, assets and businesses included.

This entity type and our structure along with how it is administered will be new to you. And your attorney. And your CPA.

It might sound too good to be true.

Good. Skepticism is the correct starting position. It was ours.

A legal opinion letter wasn't enough, though we have one.
